shares fell 15.82 percent to $70.22 in pre-market trading after the company reported weaker-than-expected earnings for the third quarter.

DBV Technologies SA - ADR DBVT

shares declined 5.62 percent to $34.40 in pre-market trading after falling 5.47 percent on Tuesday.

Adobe Systems Incorporated ADBE

fell 2.51 percent to $83.01 in pre-market trading after the company issued a weak 2016 forecast.

Tesla Motors Inc TSLA

shares dipped 1.71 percent to $237.34 in pre-market trading. Baird downgraded Tesla to Neutral and lowered the price target from $335.00 to $282.00.
