announced Tuesday that Skyworks will acquire PMC for $10.50 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $2 billion. The transaction is expected to close in H1 of 2016, subject to approval by PMC shareholders and regulatory approvals. PMC-Sierra closed at $10.24 on Tuesday, a gain of 33%.

announced Tuesday, that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately held PharMEDium Healthcare Holdings, Inc., from Clayton, Dubilier & Rice for $2.575 billion in cash. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 of FY 2016, subject to regulatory review. Amerisourcebergen closed at $93.03 Tuesday, down 2%.
