announced Thursday, that it has agreed to acquire Mexican Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Distribution Company, Representaciones e Investigaciones Médicas, S.A. de C.V., or RIMSA for $2.3 billion. The deal is expected to close by early Q1 of 2016. Teva closed at $58.50 Thursday, up 3.6%.

New World Systems, a leading provider of public safety and financial solutions for local governments, will bring an important element to Tyler's portfolio of solutions. Tyler Technologies closed at $164.39 Thursday, a gain of 9.5%.
