Verastem Inc (NASDAQ: VSTM) shares dipped 60.67 percent to $2.23 after the company reported stopping enrollment in COMMAND study of VS-6063.
Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) shares declined 16.89 percent to $11.56. On Friday, Huntsman identified certain trends which are expected to impact its Q3 earnings. Peter R. Huntsman, President and CEO, said, "Although we are seeing headwinds within the business during the third quarter, we are optimistic about the future. Lower raw material prices impacted demand and margins in the third quarter, thus the accounting benefits will be delayed into the fourth quarter."
BioTime, Inc. (NYSE: BTX) shares fell 13.43 percent to $3.03 after the company reported that its unit Cell Cure Neurosciences has received the FDA Fast-Track designation for OpRegen for the treatment of dry form of age-related maculuar degeneration.
Jaguar Animal Health Inc (NASDAQ: JAGX) shares declined 10.81 percent to $3.30 after the company reported that it has signed a crofelemer manufacturing & supply agreement with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
Bellerophon Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: BLPH) dropped 10.16 percent to $5.66 after jumping 69.35 percent on Friday.
Exelixis, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXEL) shares slipped 2.37 percent to $5.77 after falling 4.68 percent on Friday.
