Assurant Expands Vehicle Service Capabilities with Acquisition of Coast To Coast Dealer Services Inc.

, announces the acquisition of Coast To Coast Dealer Services, Inc., a leading auto service contract company in Canada. Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Hamilton, Ontario, Coast To Coast primarily provides service contracts for pre-owned vehicles, as well as service contracts for new vehicles and ancillary auto products to more than 1,000 dealerships across Canada and in the U.S. The company has served as a distribution partner for Assurant Solutions in Canada for more than 12 years.
