("Triangle" or the "Company"), a leading provider of capital to lower middle market companies, announced today that it closed a $23.5 million investment in Consolidated Lumber Company LLC ("Consolidated") consisting of unitranche debt and equity. Consolidated is a leading provider of residential and commercial building and construction materials. Based in Stillwater, MN, the company operates out of 16 locations serving the Wisconsin and Minnesota markets.
