Car owners looking to trade in a recalled vehicle are being offered special discounts, including a rebate of up to $2,000 on some models, or an outright repurchase of the vehicle 10 percent above its true market value.

Fiat Chrysler's Responses
Fiat Chrysler already commented on the issue, noting it has no reports of injuries, and customers of affected vehicles will receive USB device to upgrade the software. The issue affected several 2013–2015 models and appears to be unrelated to the current round of recalls."Remedies are available, we are servicing vehicles, and we encourage affected customers to contact their dealers," Detroit News quoted Scott Kunselman, Fiat Chrysler's senior vice president-vehicle safety and regulatory compliance, as saying. "It is imperative that all vehicles implicated by recalls are inspected and serviced, as required."
Fiat Chrysler created a website that features a live chat so its consumers can stay up-to-date and inform themselves of vital details.
