today announced that it acquired a 100% ownership interest in Arisa, S.A. ("Arisa"), a leading press machine manufacturer based in Spain, from its founding families on August 24, 2015 (the "Transaction"). 1. Outline of New Subsidiary (1) Company Name: Arisa, S.A.
