spiked higher Wednesday, on unconfirmed market chatter of a potential bid from IBM. The rumored bid is said to be $56 per share. IBM has been mentioned multiple times as a possible suitor for Fireye. A spokesperson for IBM declined comment. A Report that IBM denied the talks with FireEye were confirmed by Benzinga as not true. FireEye did not respond to a request for comment. FireEye closed at $44.40 on Wednesday, a drop of 2%.

announced Wednesday that an affiliate of Mueller Industries and Atlas Holdings will acquire Tecumseh through a tender offer for all the outstanding common stock shares of Tecumseh for $5.00 per share in cash or $123M. Tecumseh's Board has unanimously approved the merger agreement. The deal is expected to close in Q3 of 2015. Tecumseh closed at $4.97 Wednesday, a gain of 153%.
SolarCity Announces Purchase of ILIOSS for Up to $14.5MThe Deal

SolarCity closed at $60.17 Wednesday, a gain of 2%.
