, a leading provider of 3D software and sophisticated 3D printing solutions, and pioneer in medical image based guide technology, today announced that they signed a 5 year partnership agreement with Japan Medical Dynamic Marketing, Inc. (7600:Tokyo) for Materialise's guide system for Total Hip Replacement. Jeroen Dille, Director of Materialise's Clinical Unit, states: "We are excited to make our technology available to even more patients in Japan through our partner Japan MDM. Japanese surgeons working with Japan MDM's implants will be able to plan their surgeries in 3D and use 3D printed patient-specific guides."
