The bank raises tanker forecasts for 2015 as Q2 strength is expected to carry through into Q3. Q4 seasonality is expected to "keep the market robust" and Iran sanctions resolution should aid the bull story for tankers farther out (but will have a neutral impact on tankers over the next 12 months). OPEC's decision to not curb production will also help the tanker market as daily storage rates rise on supply/demand economics.
