Junpai Holdings Ltd. JP will be introduced to the New York Stock Exchange early Thursday and has priced ~5.3 million American Depositary Shares at $10 per share, the lower end of expected range of $10-$12 per share.

NASDAQ Introduces...

Provident Bancorp Inc PVBC, holding company of Provident Bank, will go public Thursday; the company will offer ~4.274 million common shares at the price of $10. The IPO will be released for quotation at 11:00 a.m. ET and will start trading at ~11:15 a.m. ET.

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings OLLI will go public Thursday; pricing 8.925 million common shares at $16, above the initial range of $13-$15. The outlet retailer will be released on NASDAQ for quotation at 10:10 a.m. ET and will start trading at ~10:25 a.m. ET.

ProNAi Therapeutics Inc DNAI has priced ~8.1 million common shares at $17 per share, inline with initial price range. The clinical stage oncology company will be released for quotation at 10:35 a.m. ET and will begin trading at ~10:50 a.m. ET.

Chiasma, Inc CHMA has priced an upsized ~6.36 million common shares at $16, above initial range of $13-$15. The company will be released for quotation at 9:45 a.m. ET and will begin trading at ~10:00 a.m. ET.
