shares tumbled 11.48 percent to $14.49 in pre-market trading after the company lowered its earnings forecast for the full year.

Seagate Technology PLC STX

fell 2.61 percent to $44.75 in pre-market trading after the company lowered its Q4 sales forecast.

Windstream Holdings, Inc. WIN

shares fell 1.41 percent to $5.60 in pre-market trading. UBS downgraded Windstream Holdings from Neutral to Sell.

Western Digital Corp WDC

shares declined 1.39 percent to $76.03 in pre-market trading after falling 0.32 percent on Friday.

ARM Holdings plc (ADR) ARMH

shares dropped 0.84 percent to $47.02 in pre-market. JP Morgan downgraded ARM Holdings from Neutral to Underweight and lowered the price target from $42.75 to $41.50.
