Did @YourAnonNews See Today's NYSE Turmoil Coming?

The New York Stock Exchange halted trading Wednesday morning due to what is has called a technical glitch. United Airlines was forced tog round thousands of flights earlier in the morning due to what it described as a "computer problem." Did someone see this coming? It may have only been Anonymous.
