Newtek Technology Solutions Expands its Domestic and Global Market Reach with IO Data Centers

, an internally managed business development company ("BDC"), today announced that Newtek Technology Solutions, one of The Company's wholly owned portfolio companies, has expanded its operations with its data center operator, IO, into New Jersey, the United Kingdom and Phoenix, Arizona. Newtek Technology Solutions is extending its cloud services to these regions to support the ongoing demand for its services. The expansion with IO is also in preparation for The Company's launch of a new suite of next generation cloud computing and storage services, and disaster recovery for small- to medium-sized businesses and large enterprises.
