US Stock Futures Signal Higher Start On Wall Street - Karyopharm Therapeutics (NASDAQ:KPTI)

US stock futures traded higher in early pre-market trade. The Chicago Fed National Activity Index will be released at 8:30 a.m. ET, while existing home sales data for May will be released at 10:00 a.m. ET. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 134 points to 18,045.0, while the Standard & Poor's 500 index futures rose 16.90 points to 2,114.65. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 index gained 38.95 points to 4,538.70.

European markets were higher today, with the Spanish Ibex Index rising 2.42 percent, STOXX Europe 600 Index surging 1.58 percent and German DAX 30 index gaining 2.75 percent. French CAC 40 Index jumped 2.63 percent and London's FTSE 100 Index rose 1.05 percent. In Asian markets, Japan's Nikkei Stock Average rose 1.26 percent, Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index gained 1.20 percent and India's BSE Sensex rose 1.52 percent.
