, a company dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients with ear, nose and throat conditions, today announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock to be sold by the company. In addition, the company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock from the company.
