filed a complaint in federal court in Northern District of California (Case No. 3:15-cv-02363) against APUS Group for defamation, trade libel, copyright infringement, federal and state trademark dilution, false advertising, and unfair competition, intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, and intentional interference with contract. In its complaint, Cheetah Mobile seeks an injunction as well as monetary damages for the harm to its business, reputation, and consumer goodwill, an accounting of APUS' profits from its misconduct, punitive damages, and attorneys' fees and costs.
