Tuesday's After-Hours Movers: Borderfree Jumps Up 100%, Zulily Drops 18%

Borderfree Inc BRDR gained more than 105 percent to $13.90 in Tuesday's extended session after it agreed to be acquired for $14 a share by Pitney Bowes Inc. PBI.

Herbalife Ltd. HLF shares soared more than 16 percent after the bell Tuesday. The multi-level marketer posted first quarter results that beat expectations.

ICU Medical, Incorporated ICUI increased 12.5 percent to $94.74. The medical device maker said first quarter adjusted income nearly doubled to $1.02 a share.

Actua Corp. ACTA gained more than 12 percent to $14.08 in late trading. Earlier Tuesday, the cloud technology company posted first quarter results and closed down 11 percent.

Axcelis Technologies Inc ACLS rose nearly 12 percent to $2.90 after the semiconductor equipment maker said first quarter revenue increased 17 percent.

Golar LNG Ltd. GLNG traded up nearly 3 percent at $46.27. The owner and operator of liquefied natural gas carriers and regasification units closed up earlier more than 19 percent after it signed a 20-year contract to provide a vessel to Ophir Energy Plc.

Noodles & Co. NDLS declined 19 percent to $16.80 after the restaurant chain swung to a first quarter net loss and posted 0.8 percent growth in system-wide same-store sales.

Zulily Inc ZU declined about 18 percent after the bell to $9.60. The e-commerce company posted first quarter results and named Brian Swartz chief financial officer.

TechTarget Inc TTGT fell 11 percent to $9.18. The company, which provides online content and brand advertising, posted first quarter results and said 2015 "got off to a slow start."

Skullcandy Inc SKUL declined more than 8 percent to $10.17 following its first quarter earnings report.

Salesforce.com, Inc. CRM gave back 3.6 percent in the extended session, changing hands at $73. Shares closed up more than 5 percent on an unconfirmed report that Microsoft Corporation MSFT was mulling a bid.

SolarCity Corp SCTY dipped 2 percent to $58.25 after the company posted first quarter results. SolarCity closed down earlier nearly 3 percent.
