US Stock Futures Edge Lower Ahead Of Economic Data

US stock futures traded lower in early pre-market trade. Data on international trade for March will be released at 8:30 a.m. ET, while the PMI services index for April will be released at 9:45 a.m. ET. The ISM non-manufacturing index for April will be released at 10:00 a.m. ET. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped 17.50 points to 17,977.50, while the Standard & Poor's 500 index futures fell 2.80 points to 2,106.45. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 index tumbled 8.90 points to 4,467.60.

European markets were mixed today, with the Spanish Ibex Index falling 0.39 percent, STOXX Europe 600 Index surging 0.28 percent and German DAX 30 index dropping 0.13 percent. French CAC 40 Index fell 0.11 percent and London's FTSE 100 Index rose 0.35 percent. In Asian markets, China's Shanghai Composite Index dipped 4.06 percent, Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index fell 1.31 percent and India's BSE Sensex declined 0.18 percent.

Analysts at Baird upgraded

from Neutral to Outperform and maintained the price target of $50.00. Qualys shares fell 25.33 percent to $41.13 in pre-market trading.
