Bill Ackman Boosts Jarden; Nautilus Wins Big In After-Hours Trading

Jarden Corp (NYSE: JAH)'s share price increased 5.3 percent after Bill Ackman said the company was "perpetually undervalued" -- the comments came at the Ira Sohn Conference.

The activist investor added that all platform companies are trading at a discount. Platform Specialty Products Corp (NYSE: PAH) rose more than 1 percent after hours.

Ingram Micro Inc. IM, meanwhile, spiked 28 percent to $33 in the after-hours session Monday after the technology products distributor posted first-quarter results and an outlook.

Nautilus Inc. (NYSE: NLS) jumped more than 13 percent in late trading Monday to $19.50 a share after the fitness products company said first-quarter revenue increased 34 percent.

Chuy's Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CHUY) rose 9 percent to $24.35 in the extended session. The Tex-Mex restaurant company said same-store sales grew 2.9 percent in the first quarter while earnings jumped more than 22 percent.

ChannelAdvisor Corp. (NYSE: ECOM) jumped more than 7 percent to $10.75 in late trading. The Morrisville, North Carolina e-commerce software provider said first-quarter revenue grew 17 percent on a narrower loss.

Texas Roadhouse Inc. (NASDAQ: TXRH) increased nearly 5 percent to $35.30 after the restaurant chain beat first-quarter expectations.

Coupons.Com Inc. COUP bounced up 4 percent following the bell Monday to $12.31 after closing down about 4 percent. The digital promotion and media platform is slated to post results Tuesday.

Qualys Inc. (NASDAQ: QLYS) fell about 27 percent to $40.25 in late trading. The cloud security company cut its 2015 outlook and forecast lower-than-expected growth for its vulnerability management business.

AcelRx Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: ACRX) lost 25 percent of its value after hours Monday, trading at $3.15 a share. The company said it was considering a dispute resolution procedure with the Food and Drug Administration concerning its Zalviso drug for pain treatment.

FreightCar America Inc. RAIL fell 11 percent to $24.90 in late trading on disappointing first-quarter results.

Zoe's Kitchen Inc. (NYSE: ZOES) declined more than 5 percent in late trading Monday to $31.06. The company, which didn't issue news Monday, is slated to make a presentation Tuesday at an investor conference.
