Based on SEC filings, one of Twitter Inc TWTR's largest shareholders is co-founder Evan Williams, with 54,107,107 shares valued at approximately $2.7 billion.

Other significant holders included Morgan Stanley MS with 30,547,332 shares valued at over $1.5 billion.

Following Morgan Stanley and coming in closely to each other were Jennison Associates LLC which held 19,825,359 shares, Vanguard Group at 19,215,846 shares and Benchmark Capital Partners VI LP with 18,174,555 shares.

Financial managers Ameriprise Financial, Inc. AMP and T. Rowe Price Group Inc TROW each held approximately 14 million shares, valued at nearly $672 million based on Tuesday’s price.

Twitter Inc reports its Q1 earnings Tuesday following the market close and recently traded at $48.81, down 5.52 percent.
