Toro Licenses WiLAN Patent Portfolio

today announced that The Toro Company ("Toro") has entered into a patent license agreement with WiLAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Smart Irrigation Solutions Inc., related to irrigation control system technologies. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. The consideration to be paid to WiLAN and all other terms of the license agreement are confidential.
