Burberry H2 Same-Store Sales Rise

reported a surge in its same-store sales in the six months ending March 31. The company's comparable sales climbed 9% in the second half. Retail sales for the same period rose 14% to GBP1.06 billion ($1.47 billion). For fiscal 2016, the company projects licensing revenue to decline 40%. Burberry shares rose 1.54% to close at $26.37 yesterday.
