Dennis Gartman: We Own A Bit Of Apple

Dennis Gartman, Editor and Publisher of "The Gartman Letter" stated in Wednesday's issue that "as of yesterday, we are long a small sum of"

Gartman added that he does not disclose the names of any individual stocks owned but due to "vast capital structure" of Apple, any bullish or bearish commentary shouldn't have "even the most inconsiderably minor effect" on its share price, "but we may have erred in this last matter." Shares of Apple closed Tuesday at $124.43, down about 1.5 percent. In Wednesday's pre-market session, shares were up about 0.2 percent. Shares are up more than 12 percent in 2015.
