US Stock Futures Signal Lower Start On Wall Street

US stock futures traded lower in early pre-market trade. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 31 points to 17,830.00, while the Standard & Poor's 500 index futures fell 3.50 points to 2,067.30. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 index declined 6.25 points to 4,398.75.

European markets were lower today, with the Spanish Ibex Index falling 0.45%, STOXX Europe 600 Index declining 0.52% and German DAX 30 index dropping 0.20%. French CAC 40 Index slipped 0.44% and London's FTSE 100 Index fell 1.30%. In Asian markets, Japan's Nikkei Stock Average fell 0.95%, Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index dropped 0.17%, China's Shanghai Composite Index climbed 1.89% and India's BSE Sensex fell 2.05%.

Analysts at JMP Securities upgraded DR Horton

from Market Perform to Market Outperform. The price target for DR Horton is set to $31. DR Horton's shares fell 3.15% to close at $26.17 on Friday.
