Passenger Takes Instagram After NYC Plane Skids Off LaGuardia Runway

A Delta Air Lines, Inc. DAL slipped off the runway at New York City's LaGuardia Airport. The airport has since been shut down and FAA anticipates reopening at 6:59 p.m. ET.
