announced that its subsidiaries, Union Electric Steel Corporation and Union Electric Steel UK Limited (referred to herein as the "Union Electric Steel Group"), will increase prices on all roll products effective March 1, 2015. Robert G. Carothers, Chairman and CEO of Union Electric Steel, stated: "For more than five years, the Union Electric Steel Group has reduced pricing to satisfy customer demands and meet market conditions. Over that same period, we have increased efficiency, reduced waste, improved productivity, and lowered expense.
