shares dipped 16.83% to $1.68 after the company priced its underwritten public offering of 12.5 million shares of its common stock at $1.60 per share.

shares fell 14.71% to $4.29. AM Castle & Co reported Q4 earnings of $1.64 per share on revenue of $231.5 million.

shares declined 12.12% to $12.91 after the company announced the resignation of CFO Charles Talbot.

shares slipped 9.81% to $8.23. J.C. Penney reported a quarterly loss of $59 million, or $0.19 per share, versus a year-ago profit of $35 million, or $0.11 per share. Excluding certain items, the company broke even during the quarter. However, analysts were expecting a profit of $0.11 per share.
