GoPro Falls Over 12% Amid Weak Outlook And COO's Departure

Shares of GoPro Inc GPRO fell over 12 percent Friday morning after beating Q4 expectations Thursday.

The company issued a weak forecast on its conference call for its current quarter with estimated sales of $330 to $340 million and EPS of $0.15 to $0.17. Analysts had expected EPS of $0.17.

The company also announced in a regulatory filing that its Chief Operating Officer, Nina Richardson, will leave the company on February 27.

GoPro Inc recently traded at $48.75, down 10.34 percent.
