Uber Introduces UberLUX In Los Angeles

Uber announced on its corporate blog the release of the UberLUX service level.

According to the company, it "launched UberLUX for those moments when you need ultimate sophistication and unparalleled luxury. You can expect pickups from the highest-rated drivers in vehicles such as Mercedes Benz S-Classes, Tesla Model S’s and Audi A8s, among others."

The service has been introduced in the Los Angeles market along with a New Year’s Eve promotion.

With growing service options and entry into new cities, Uber and other ride-sharing services continue to challenge the traditional taxi market.
