Stocks Hitting 52-Week Lows

shares fell 22.97% to touch a new 52-week low of $16.87 after the company disclosed a settlement with the NYDFS. The company will pay $100 million civil monetary penalty and $50 million as restitution. Ocwen Financial executive chairman and founder, William Erbey, will resign and Barry Wish will become non-exec chairman.
