has been reducing chip orders for the iPhone 6, according to IC design houses sources, reports
DigiTimes
. Apple ordered chips for 50 million iPhone 6 units in Q4 2014, and will cut back to 44 to 46 million units for Q1 of 2015, according to the sources. Shares of Apple Inc. closed Wednesday at $119.00, a gain of 1%.
