3D Systems To Acquire Cimatron Ltd.

Shares of Cimatron Ltd. CIMT are up sharply Monday morning following an announcement that 3D Systems Corporation DDD will acquire Cimatron.

Under the terms of the deal, 3D Systems with acquire all of the outstanding shares of Cimatron for $8.97 per share in cash for a total of approximately $97 million.

Following the announcement, shares of Cimatron were up 40 percent at $8.50 per share.
