Elephant Talk Extends Gains In #PreMarket On HP Sales Collaboration

Elephant Talk Communications (NYSE: ETAK) has extended its earlier gains on news it will collaborate with Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ).

Elephant, which provides software to mobile network operators, is down 27 percent year to date on mounting losses and uneven revenue.

The company said its software-defined network architecture product will now include HP's Integrated Home Subscriber Server, which manages subscription-related information.

Elephant's Chief Technology Officer Martin Zuurbier said the agreement results from 'long-standing cooperation" between Elephant Talk and HP.

Elephant in pre-market activity traded recently at $0.90 per share, up nearly nine percent.
