Booz Allen Hamilton Announces Rozanski New CEO, Shrader to Step Down

Booz Allen Hamilton BAH announced that CEO Ralph Shrader will step down as CEO after 15 years in the position, but continue to serve as chairman of the board.

On January 1, Horacio Rozanski will take over as the chief executive and join the board of directors. Rozanski is currently Booz’s COO and president.

Shrader commented on the appointment of Rozanski, “In his client-facing and internal leadership roles, Horacio has gained the respect of management and staff at all levels, and of the Board and investment community. I strongly endorse his selection as Booz Allen’s next chief executive.”

Shares of Booz Allen Hamilton are unchanged in afterhours trading on light volume.
