Tesla Being Sued in China for Trademark Infringement

is being sued in China for trademark infringement by Chinese businessman Zhan Baosheng, reports

. Zhan's suit demands Tesla cease all sales and marketing in China, close showrooms and supercharging facilities and pay him $3.85 million in compensation. Zhan registered the Tesla trademark prior to the company's entry into China.
