Allied Motion Appoints Harry Cloos To Corporate Vice President

announces the appointment of Harry Cloos to the position of Corporate Vice President, effective immediately. Harry is currently the General Manager of European Operations with direct responsibility for the company's operations in the Netherlands, Sweden and the UK and for sales development in Europe. "Harry has been an instrumental part of our company's leadership team dating back to 2004, when he first joined our company as part of the Premotec acquisition in the Netherlands; now known as Allied Motion -- Dordrecht"; commented Dick Warzala, Chairman, CEO and President of Allied Motion. "Since the acquisition, Harry has continually demonstrated the ability to grow the business organically and has taken on additional responsibilities including sales team development in Europe and working with the Corporate Development team on European acquisitions. Effective with the Östergrens acquisition in 2010, now known as Allied Motion -- Stockholm, Harry became responsible for leading and developing the Company's operations in Europe. In recognition of Harry's contributions, including his involvement with the corporate team, the new title of General Manager of European Operations and Corporate Vice President, is well deserved and more accurately reflects the leadership role he plays within Allied Motion."
