Extended Stay America, Inc.
(the "Company") today announced
selection of IDeaS Revenue Solutions, as the provider for a new Revenue
Management System (RMS).
"An automated revenue management system will help us optimize our mix of
business hotel by hotel, night by night, with more effectiveness than our
current manual approach can achieve," said Tom Seddon, Chief Marketing
Officer. "We expect to begin initial piloting at the end of the third
quarter. We intend to take a phased approach to deploying this across the
system geographically, as well as phasing in elements of functionality, so
we anticipate the full capabilities and benefits will be realized in 2015
and beyond."

extended-stay guests and corporate clients, Extended Stay America will use
IDeaS' powerful forecasting and pricing capabilities to optimize revenues

industry expertise and powered by advanced SAS analytics.
