Ford China Sales Surge 28% In March

Sales at Ford Motor Co

and its Chinese joint ventures rose 28% y/y to 103,815 vehicles in China in March, versus a 67% y/y gain in February and a 53% surge in January. Ford's sales in the first three months of the year climbed 45% y/y to 271,321 cars. Ford shares gained 0.50% to $16.02 in pre-market trading.
