General Motors China Sales Rise 7.8% In March

Sales at General Motors Co

and its Chinese joint ventures rose 7.8% y/y to 313,283 vehicles in China in March, versus a 19.9% gain in February. GM's sales in the first three months of the year jumped 12.6% y/y to 919,114 vehicles. GM shares closed at $35.44 yesterday.
