VeriSign (NASDAQ: VRSN) dipped 9.77% to $49.49 after Cowen & Company downgraded the stock from Outperform to Market Perform and cut the price target from $63.00 to $49.00.

LMI Aerospace (NASDAQ: LMIA) shares fell 9.75% to $13.52 after the company suspended its annual forecast and withdrew its earlier issued 2014 guidance.

Harvest Natural Resources (NYSE: HNR) shares tumbled 8.06% to $3.99 after the company reported a loss in the fourth quarter. Harvest Natural posted a quarterly net loss of $112.7 million, or $3.02 per share, versus a year-ago loss of $23.1 million, or $0.59 per share.

Gray Television (NYSE: GTN) shares dropped 7.99% to $9.67 after Wells Fargo downgraded the stock from Outperform to Market Perform.

Ocean Power Technologies (NASDAQ: OPTT) shares dropped 6.48% to $4.04 after tumbling 15.29% on Friday. The company reported a Q3 loss of $0.06 per share on Friday.

Sterling Construction Co (NASDAQ: STRL) shares declined 5.83% to $9.37 after the company reported weaker-than-expected Q4 results. Sterling Construction reported a Q4 adjusted loss of $1.83 per share on revenue of $125.90 million.

58.com (NYSE: WUBA) tumbled 4.25% to $49.62 after the company filed for a $400 million ADS offering via Morgan Stanley, Citi, Credit Suisse.
