OvaScience Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

, a global life sciences company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of new fertility treatments, announced today it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. OvaScience intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares in the offering will be sold by OvaScience. Leerink Partners, LLC, is acting as the sole book-running manager of the offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions and there can be no assurances as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
