KBR (NYSE: KBR) shares fell 14.84% to touch a new 52-week low of $27.20 after the company reported fourth-quarter results and announced a new $350 million share buyback program. BB&T Capital downgraded the stock from Buy to Hold.

American Vanguard (NYSE: AVD) shares declined 8.59% to touch a new 52-week low of $21.08 on Q4 results.

Pearson plc (NYSE: PSO) shares reached a new 52-week low of $16.87. Pearson shares have gained 3.75% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has jumped 22.14% in the same period.
