Forest Oil (NYSE: FST) shares tumbled 36.85% to reach a new 52-week low of $2.04 after the company reported downbeat Q4 results.

Clean Harbors (NYSE: CLH) shares fell 16.33% to touch a new 52-week low of $45.13 after the company reported weaker-than-expected Q4 results and issued a weak Q1 revenue forecast.

UTi Worldwide (NASDAQ: UTIW) shares declined 26.25% to touch a new 52-week low of $11.26 as the company issued a preliminary loss of $0.33 to $0.38 per share on sales of $1.05 to $1.1 billion for the fourth quarter. UTi Worldwide also announced a private offering of convertible notes.

EveryWare Global (NASDAQ: EVRY) shares fell 3.36% to reach a new 52-week low of $5.75 after the company named Sam Solomon to serve as interim Chief Executive Officer.
