Intrawest Resorts Holdings Announces Commencement of IPO; Expected to Price Between $15 and $17 per Share

Intrawest Resorts Holdings, Inc. today announced that it has commenced its initial public offering of 15,625,000 shares of its common stock. The Company is offering 3,125,000 shares of its common stock and an entity controlled by certain private equity funds managed by an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group LLC is offering an additional 12,500,000 shares of the Company's common stock. The selling stockholder also expects to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 2,343,750 shares of common stock. The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $15.00 and $17.00 per share. The Company has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "SNOW." The Company has no specific plans for the net proceeds received by the Company from the offering and intends to use such proceeds for working capital and other general corporate purposes, which may include potential investments in, and acquisitions of, ski and adventure travel businesses and assets. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of common stock by the selling stockholder.
