(the "Company") announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 common shares at a public offering price of $8.52 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,500,000 additional common shares. The offering is expected to close on January 17, 2014.
