Virtusa Prices 2.3M Share Offering at $34.50/Share

Virtusa Corporation 

  announced Wednesday the pricing of its follow-on offering of 2,300,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $34.50 per share. All 2,300,000 shares are being sold by Virtusa. In addition, Virtusa has granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 345,000 additional shares of common stock.
