Union First Market Bankshares Completes Acquisition of StellarOne Corporation

Union First Market Bankshares Corporation today announced the completion of its acquisition of StellarOne Corporation ('StellarOne"), creating the largest community banking institution headquartered in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Under the terms of the merger agreement, StellarOne shareholders will receive 0.9739 shares of Union common stock in exchange for each share of StellarOne common stock they owned.
