NQ Mobile Announces Annual General Meeting Results

NQ Mobile Inc. ("NQ Mobile" or the "Company")

, a leading global provider of mobile Internet services, today announced the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders held in Hong Kong on December 23, 2013. At the meeting, NQ Mobile's shareholders approved, confirmed and ratified, as necessary, the following: amendment to Article 6(d)(iii) of the Company's Articles of Association, as previously approved by the Company's board of directors; and amendment to Section 3.1(a) of the Company's 2011 Share Incentive Plan, as previously approved by the Company's board of directors.
